Scottish-born Daniel Gallacher chose this spot off Place Gambetta for his first restaurant. Though the interiors may be simple, the food certainly is not and it deservedly receives attention for being the best-priced gastronomic experience in the city. Beautifully conceived 3 course set menu.
Natif d’Écosse, Daniel Gallacher a choisi un emplacement un peu à l’écart de la Place Gambetta pour ouvrir son premier restaurant. Si le cadre est simple, la nourriture est loin de l’être, et Racines a amplement mérité son titre de restaurant gastronomique n° 1 à Bordeaux en termes de rapport qualité-prix. Le menu composé de 3 plats est très joliment conçu.
