Why do we like it?

Created in 1661 when Pierre de Rauzan bought many vineyards in Médoc including the plot which belongs to Rauzan-Ségla today. In the 19th century Rauzan-Ségla and Mouton Rothschild were considered the leading 2nd growth properties. After a long dip of changing hands, the Rauzan-Ségla started a long process of turnaround in the 1960s when it was purchased by Liverpool shipping magnates John Holt and Brent Walker. In 1994 it was purchased by the Wertheimer family of Chanel who have continued to restore it to its former glory.

Les visites sont normalement réservées aux professionnels. Elles n’incluent pas toujours de dégustation. Fermé pendant les vendanges.
